Winona's foster mom says this little Beagle girl is so soft and small and cuddly that she just wants to pick her up and carry her around all the time. Winona is a smaller Beagle with lovely coloring. She is doing very well with all the other dogs she meets and has no problem meeting new people either. She is very affectionate and definitely wants to be near her humans. She is making straight A's with potty training too!
