ADOPTION PENDING
New Arrival: ROSCOE came to us from a cruelty/abuse case and we understand was very emiciated when he arrived at the shelter. He has put on some weight at the foster hime while waiing for transport to Tampa. He does have some sking issues which we are continuing to treat.
ROSCOE is a very friendly and loving Beagle boy, especially with all that he has been through!
