Rosie was rescued on Valentine's Day and was aptly named after the beautiful rose that she is!  This sweet girl has been friendly toward all the volunteers she has encountered.  She was found as a stray, but in spite of that, she has an affectionate and sweet nature.  This young lady will be a delight to the special person or family who adopts her and gives her the second chance she deserves.  More to come on Rosie as we continue to get to know her....watch this page for updates on this precious beagle girl!
