Rose is on a sleepover with a potential adopter.
Rose is a real cutie pie! She comes to us from the Florida Panhandle and is living proof that sweet things come in small packages.

Rose has only been in foster care a short time but already we know that she gets along nicely with the other two dogs in her foster home and has become "one of the family".  Her foster mother reports that Rose adores the four year old little girl in her foster home, loves to play tug with her, and is gentle as can be when they play. Rose is quite the active young beagle and is just beginning to learn to curb her kangaroo jumping when she is excited. At this point, Rose appears to be house trained but when she moves to her forever home she will probably need time to adjust to new schedules before pronouncing her totally house broken. Because she is young, Rose is still chewing on a variety of things and will need some ongoing training and patience as she learns what is hers to chew on and play with and what is off limits. Rose does not bark unless another dog is barking and then she sometimes joins in. One of her favorite activities is to lie in the sun. No doubt, she is a typical Florida Girl!

Rose’s foster mother says that Rose is a wonderful young beagle and will be a tremendous addition to any family.
